MeTimePro Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

MeTimePro is owned and operated by Skills Todo ("we", "us"). By using MeTimePro you are entering into an agreement with Skills Todo. You can contact us at hello@metimepro.com.

Eligibility

MeTimePro is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. If you are accepting these terms for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or continuing to use MeTimePro, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and, if you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

What MeTimePro is

MeTimePro suggests one recreational activity that fits the time, mood and company you tell it about, and lets you save notes, photos and history from those breaks. It is not a medical, mental-health or emergency service and does not replace professional advice, treatment, medication or care. You remain responsible for deciding whether any suggested activity is safe and appropriate for you.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use MeTimePro to:

break the law; commit fraud, send spam or impersonate others; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; upload content you do not have the right to store; or interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk access, or circumventing technical limits).

Intellectual property

We own MeTimePro and all rights in it, including the software, activity library, designs, text and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal enjoyment under your plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service. Your own notes, photos and content remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide MeTimePro to you.

Subscriptions, prices and lifetime access

Launch offer. The first 200 eligible accounts receive one month of the full MeTimePro experience. No payment card is required for this offer, and you are never charged when it ends — you simply choose a paid plan if you want to continue.

Monthly plan. MeTimePro Monthly costs USD $7 per month and recurs automatically every month at the applicable subscription price unless cancelled. You get full access to the core MeTimePro experience while the subscription remains active.

Founders Lifetime. A one-time payment of USD $49, limited to the first 500 verified Founding Members. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge and nothing renews. "Lifetime" means access to the core MeTimePro product for as long as we continue to offer that product as a service. It does not promise access to unrelated future products, external paid services, or third-party costs, and it is subject to these terms.

Automatic renewals. Recurring plans renew on the same cycle you bought them on until cancelled. You will be charged the price applicable at the time of renewal for the plan you hold.

Prices and taxes. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be presented in your local currency. Applicable sales taxes and VAT are calculated and shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, through Lemon Squeezy (your Lemon Squeezy orders page) or by emailing us. Cancellation prevents future renewals; where applicable, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and by applicable consumer law, which your cancellation does not affect. Founders Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

Payment processing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — it is the seller of record for the transaction, not merely a payment gateway. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, calculates and remits applicable taxes, issues invoices, provides customer service enquiries relating to orders and handles returns. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms and Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MeTimePro dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, activities and recommendations may change as the product improves.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously misuse the service. Where reasonable we will contact you first. You may stop using MeTimePro and ask us to close your account at any time. When access ends, you can request a copy of your data before deletion as described in our Privacy Notice.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeTimePro is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your indemnity

You agree to cover claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Skills Todo is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Other terms

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we update these terms, we will post the change on this page.
