Privacy Policy

MeTimePro Privacy Policy

MeTimePro is operated by Skills Todo. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. Last updated 12 September 2026.

1. Who we are

MeTimePro is provided by Skills Todo ("we", "us"). Skills Todo is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy: we decide what data is collected and why. You can reach us any time at hello@metimepro.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what MeTimePro needs to work. The categories below describe everything we hold about you.

3. Account information

Your email address, an internal account identifier, and the date you joined. You can add a display name if you choose. During signup, you may separately opt in to showing only your first name in a short public “just joined” notice. This is optional and unchecked by default.

4. Google sign-in information

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, basic profile details and a Google account identifier so we can create and recognise your account. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Google files, contacts or mail.

5. MeTime preferences (your Funprint)

The interests, screen preference and usual places you choose during onboarding, plus later changes to them. This is what personalises your recommendations.

6. Mood information

The mood you select before a MeTime and the mood you report afterwards. We use it to personalise suggestions and to show you your own patterns. It is not a clinical record and MeTimePro is not a medical or mental-health service.

7. Activity history

The activities you are shown, start, complete or skip, how long they took, your ratings and likes, your MeTime Sparks, badges and milestones.

8. Photos, notes and uploaded memories

Optional notes and photos you attach to a MeTime. These are private to your account, stored in private file storage and served through short-lived links. They are never public and never shown to other users.

8A. MeTime gifts

If you send or accept a MeTime gift link, we store the private relationship between the sender and recipient, when the friend joined, and whether they completed a first MeTime. We use this only to show gift-delivery milestones and award MeTime Sparks. We do not upload your contacts, reveal private activity details, or send messages on your behalf.

9. Payment information

We do not collect or store your card number. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. From Lemon Squeezy we receive a transaction reference, a customer reference, the plan purchased and your entitlement status, so we can unlock the access you paid for.

10. Device, technical and usage data

Device and browser type, IP address, and basic request and error logs generated when you use the app or installed PWA. We use these for security, abuse prevention and reliability.

11. Notification preferences

Whether you have opted in to friendly reminders and nudges, and your chosen settings such as timer sound. You can change or switch these off at any time in your profile.

12. Reviews and feedback

If you send feedback or write a review inside MeTimePro, we store what you wrote, your rating, and whether you consented to it being used publicly as a testimonial and under which name. We only publish a review if you gave that consent.

13. How we use information

To create and run your account; to choose and personalise your activity; to save your history, memories and insights; to unlock paid access; to keep accounts secure and prevent fraud or abuse; to answer support requests; to improve MeTimePro; to send notifications you asked for; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

14. Legal bases for processing

Performance of our contract with you — creating your account, delivering recommendations, storing your history and memories, granting paid entitlements.

Legitimate interests — security, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability, and improving the product.

Consent — optional notifications, optional marketing email, and permission to publish a review as a testimonial. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation — keeping transaction and tax records.

15. Service providers (processors)

We use only the providers below, and only for the purposes shown. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising networks.

Supabase (via Lovable Cloud) — authentication, database and private file storage for your account, preferences, history and memories.

Lovable — application hosting, delivery and infrastructure logs.

Google — only if you choose Google sign-in, for authenticating you.

Lemon Squeezy — billing and payment processing (see below).

Transactional emails (such as sign-in and password emails) are sent through our authentication provider above. Professional advisers (legal, accounting, tax) and authorities may receive data where necessary or legally required.

16. Lemon Squeezy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy independently handles the sale, payment, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, returns and related order support, and processes the personal data needed to do so under its own privacy policy and buyer terms.

17. Data retention

Your account and profile information is kept for as long as your account is active. Your preferences, activity history, mood records, notes and photos are kept until you delete them or delete your account. When you ask us to delete your account we remove or anonymise that data within 30 days.

Transaction and entitlement records are retained for as long as required by legal, accounting and tax obligations, even after account deletion. Technical and security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and reliability. Deletion requests are honoured subject to those legitimate legal retention requirements.

18. International data transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

19. Security measures

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest; authenticated access so actions are tied to your account; database row-level security rules so only you can read your own preferences, history, memories and reviews; private file storage with short-lived signed links for photos; server-side verification of payment entitlements; and restricted internal access to personal data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any formal security certification.

20. Your privacy rights

Subject to local law, you can ask us to: give you access to your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; provide a portable copy; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@metimepro.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

21. Account deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time by emailing hello@metimepro.com from your account address. Deletion removes your profile, preferences, history, notes and photos within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. If you want a copy of your memories first, tell us and we will send an export before deleting.

22. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your timer sound. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies during checkout to complete your purchase securely. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will no longer work.

23. Children's privacy

MeTimePro is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact hello@metimepro.com and we will delete it.

24. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update this page and the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
