MeTimePro is operated by Skills Todo. If a purchase isn't right for you, you can ask for your money back within 30 days — no explanation needed. Last updated 12 September 2026.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to anyone who buys MeTimePro from Skills Todo — the monthly subscription or the one-time Founders Lifetime purchase. It applies to the person named on the order.
Our guarantee
You can request a full refund of your most recent MeTimePro payment within 30 days of the order date, including for a simple change of mind. Requests are reviewed individually — we are generous, but a refund is not automatic, and we may decline requests that are abusive or fraudulent (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). Once a refund is issued, the access provided by that purchase ends.
Which purchases qualify
MeTimePro Monthly — USD $7 / month. The current billing period can be refunded within 30 days of that charge. Earlier periods you have already used are not normally refunded.
Founders Lifetime — USD $49 one-time. Refundable within 30 days of purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Free trials cost nothing and never convert into a charge on their own, so there is nothing to refund for a trial.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can request a refund in either of these ways:
Through Lemon Squeezy — visit your Lemon Squeezy orders page with your order email or receipt. Lemon Squeezy handles payment and order support and processes returns.
Through MeTimePro support — email hello@metimepro.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will arrange it with Lemon Squeezy for you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, refund a payment already taken: access simply continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If you also want that last payment refunded, ask using one of the routes above within the 30-day window.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Lemon Squeezy's own refund policy and buyer terms also apply to orders it processes.
